Dear Regulators, As an international household investor primarily invested in the US Markets via the Direct Registration System, utilising ComputerShare, I fully support and endorse this rule. Bringing up the standards of security and privacy protection within the markets across the entire system is VITAL to regaining the trust and faith which has been lost by the US Government, Regulators, and their markets over the past few years. Transfer agents must be held to at-least the same standards of privacy protection and security as brokers and other entities within the markets. I dare say they should be held to a higher standard and more accountable, as they are directly connected to individual investors and their assets. As opposed to brokers who deal with assets held by Cede and Co on behalf of the DTC. This rule is an excellent move on the part of the SEC, reinforcing the defenses of the American markets and public. I support it fully. Thank you for your time, Deepest of regards, An international household investor
