October 31, 2022 I would like to express my appreciation for proposing this new rule. As many are made aware in each passing day, Market Makers and Hedge Funds have abused this T-2 system to their advantage long enough. It is disheartening to see that the T-2 system is being used for Hedge Funds to leverage against Retail Investors. This is a much needed change which should prove beneficial to Retail Investors.
