October 31, 2022 I would like to thank you for proposing this new rule. Market makers and hedge funds have abused this T-2 system and have stolen BILLIONS of dollars from retail investors. They have bankrupted good companies for the sake of profit and used illegal actions and nefarious tactics in the news media, social media, and through other means to manipulate the markets to their advantage.
