COctober 31, 2022 I would like to thank you for reopening this rule change that is Much needed for the protection of retail investors. As you know market makers and hedge funds have abused this t-2 system to their advantage long enough also use the t-2 system to leverage themselves agaisnt retail investor. This is a Much needed change.
