March 9th, 2022 Public comment on proposed rule "Shortening the Securities Transaction Settlement Cycle" We should open the market up to competition and innovation in this space. If someone can build a better mousetrap, they should not be encumbered by traditional barriers to entry for industry players. Indeed, the world of finance is famous for elitism so it would be of great public benefit to incentivize everyday people to help us reimagine critical parts of the industry which may have disappointed us in the past.
