the idea that a rule would take two years to be approved and fully implemented is proof enough that if you delay justice long enough it will simply be denied. just like every rule addendum and revision or addition is just another nail in the coffin of a regulatory agency so far out of touch with the actual reality of the very system it's trying to regulate.

at what point do you pull your head out of the sand to assess what is really happening. this completely fraudulent market is being held so loosely together with algorithms based on what some might see as highly complex because of the many many bloated and bureaucratic processes involved.

to shed a little light on this i might suggest taking a good look at madoff's ponzi scheme and who was sent in to investigate that. when a system is left unchecked it becomes unbalanced and out of harmony within the larger system that it works. this will lead to the eventual state of an entropic event because this is not sustainable, and though entropy can be slowed by quantitative easing what is done cannot be undone. the truth here is that we've overextended ourselves in every direction with no place to go now that the bill has arrived.

settlement cycles in between large banks and the federal reserve happen in milliseconds, this is not news, this has been around since the days of fortran 77 and the systems that were set in place with IBM and the likes. the secret language of symbols hidden in symbols as evidenced by a simple naming error overseas has shed the light necessary to see this game for what it is. the only people being protected here are the ones that write their own rules and deceive the public with an endless stream of lies and narratives built by the platforms they control.

two years to go from t+2 to t+1 is a joke and very much an example of too little too late. this commission is outdated and out of excuses on why it can't seem to protect those which it had sworn to protect.
