In a world where our technology is becoming faster than a blink of an eye. We should be continuing to modernize our regulations on settlement times. We should start with making settlement T+1 and moving towards same day settlement. It will help cut down illegal activities that persist through loopholes and criminal activities. It will bring back more credibility and trust to the market which will in return bring back future investors who have spent the last few years watching this rigged market rob them of money and trust for our \"free markets.\"
