Hello and thank you for looking into changing the settlement cycle. While T+1 is an improvement that I fully support I question why we have to wait until 2024 for this. The technology is here now. Really we should have T+0 in 2022.
Rules and regulations must be enforced. Not small fines but fines that are greater than the profit made by illegal activity and JAIL TIME. Enough is enough.
