Hello , Im Terry Hogan and Im writing today about S7-05-22
Shortening the Securities Transaction Settlement Cycle. T - 1 is something that can absolutely be done , and should be done . It will make the markets more accessible for everyone and encourage more activity . T-2, T-3 is absolutely ridiculous, and the banks , financial institutions can do better . Eventually we all know the markets will be on blockchains and T-0 will be a reality , when its done responsibly. In the meantime , lets make t-1 real today , and make the markets more accessible for everyone. This should be done immediately for the greater good of the financial markets .
