I appreciate the opportunity to comment on the transparency and governance by the SEC of the stock market especially the Banks and Hedge funds. there has been enough manipulaton of the stocks (especially AMC GME because of the lack of enforceable rules. It is time for an honest market in which the playing field is equal for everyone. A T+1 rule would allow info on timely basis and faciltate informed trading for retail investors. thank you for the ability to comment on said rule.
