Since the 4 days cycle tends to be an easy way to make a naked short or failure to deliver which is a broken system to begin with we need same day asap this really seems simple to me but somehow people in charge make loopholes around everything and its the sec job to change it not wait an entire year of corruption and running a fake price on a chart this needs to stop asap not a free and fair market
