In this modern age of blockchain technology i believe the future lies in a blockchain based technology. I believe the SEC should strive to pursue a T+0 instantaneous settlement with a publicly identifiable ledger. This technology has been proven to work in the field of cryptocurrencies and is highly suited for securities transactions
I believe this ruling is a step in the right direction, and that further guidance and roadmaps are needed to reduce the settlement times further.
I am choosing to remain Anonymous as i believe there is not an insignificant risk of retribution from the \"Big Money\" firms that these rulings will affect.
