Something needs to be done to control organized shorting of companies. Market Makers and large firms are clearly working together in ways to target the public. And now with dark pools a lot of the risks of not being able to find shares is gone. The Market Markers just lock in a price and build up huge positions rather quickly and sell it to the large organizations to cover without any real risk of a squeeze. This will cause a lot more attacks on companies if risk is reduced. Please act in a way to protect the public and not in a way that reduces risks of the option houses and other large firms to prey on the public.
