As a member of the general public, I think more transparency in the markets is always good. As of now I currently feel that the American financial sector is corrupt to its core, and I have lost faith in it. I commend the SEC employees that have a real sense of right and wrong and are trying to fix it, and any step, no matter how small, towards a more transparent, regulated, and free market is a step forward in my book.
