I am in favor of this settlement shortening.
With all the evolving technologies like blockchains and electronic communication methods that are instant and verifiable, I do not understand why there even is a settlement period.
This process should have been digitalized a long time ago. Make it digital and instant. The more streamlined the process is, the less manipulation can occur.
Thanks for the continued great work I have been following for a good year. I have seen a lot of great changes to the system to make it fairer for everyone, including retail investors.
There's still a long way to go, but I think this is a good start.
