Please approve and make effective immediately. Please enforce these rules with meaningful penalties.I believe this rule, along with other recent rules/proposed rules can help bring light to our market and help keep all parties honest. At a time when millisecond transactions are possible, these enhancements should be easily possible to enact technically. Thank you for advocating for retail.
