This is the type of rule change I am glad to see being made. I feel very strongly the settlement should be instant in a blockchain type transaction where I can be sure that I own that share without it being lent out from under me. I am very passionate about the companys I chose to invest in. I want to know that I own a piece of that company instead of an IOU from my custodial broker.
