I would like to express my desire for this proposal to pass and be implemented as soon as possible, please.
Settlement needs to be instantaneous, using Blockchain technology.
It is farcical that delayed settlement exists as it is one of the many ways the financial institutions can cheat others with impunity.
I urge you to act wisely, with honesty and integrity, the world is watching.
