Good afternoon.
T+0 are must, it is just a make sense. When you send a check to anyone and they try to withdraw this amount, bank check if I have this money on my account - then they will cashout check, if I don't have enough to cover - check not going to be cashed out, banks will not accept my promise that money will be there in 2 days.
