I fully support the proposal to move T+2 down to T+1. However, this is a simple process that is conducted via electronic methods. There is no reason for this rule to take 2 years to implement and enforce. Compliance with this rule should take effect immediately following approval. I also believe that there is also no reason to not move directly to T+0 since all transactions are conducted electronically. Thank you.
