I'm requesting that retail investors have transparency when making financial investments decisions related to stocks. Having relevant data will give investors like myself information necessary to validate a company's stock. I've invested in stocks that i realized after the fact that stock sales/purchases are run through the darkpool or unlit markets. These type of activities should be disclosed as such or eliminate the ability to have pricing be affected by market movers.
I'm asking for fairness and transparency (disclosures) in stock transactions.
