I am in favor of S7-05-22 Shortening the Securities Transaction Settlement Cycle. T1 should be implemented with the goal of moving to same day T0 settlement. The days of pneumatic tubes moving paper equity orders and back room settlement ledgers are gone and settlement should be at the speed of electrons. -David Arkules
