Average retail/consumer Investors like myself are being taken advantage of by Brokers PFOF, Market Makers delaying orders, Spoofing orders, and massive naked short selling, including using synthetic shares to drive stock prices down. It is these unfair practices that brought down the econmomy in 2008 (my opinion) and the rampent abuse continues risking another such catastrophe. No one should be able to minipulate stock prices by abusing the Dark Pools by running an excessive amount of retail volume through as nuetral orders which prevents fair market price action. Please regulate Dark Pool Use, PFOF and naked short sales.
