I belief t+1 is the best option for all parties at this time. Though the idea of T+0 is the option I want the most I understand it is also the most disruptive. And I know how much that scares old rich people. I think it is important to note that t+0 should be looked in for future standards seeing as the tech is there.
I also want to note that this does nothing to address illegal abusive short selling and fails to deliver which plagues our markets. Fathom shares out number real shares by (only the SEC, DTC, DTCC, and Hedge funds know) who knows how much...I know who knows how much. Retail needs your protection. Please listen to those who understand how retail is being abused and who has been fighting for more fair markets their entire lives such as Dr Susanne Trimbath.
