As a former Registered Investment Advisor with the SEC, and previously holding 3 other securities licenses, and being an accredited investor, I am fully in favor of changing the investing limits associated with Regulation Crowdfunding and Regulation A+, and more specifically:

1. The amount companies can raise would be increased from $1.07 Million to $5 Million under Regulation Crowdfunding and from $50 Million to $75 Million under Regulation A+.

And,

2. Non-accredited investors would be able to use the greater of their annual income or net worth to calculate their investment limit in Regulation Crowdfunding as opposed to the lesser of the two.

Thank you
