Good Morning,

I’m an investor in StartEngine Crowdfunding, Inc. It’s a startup that has raised money through a Tier 2 Regulation A Campaign. They are working towards creating a platform that would answer the question all private equity investors want an answer to which is: how do I get my money back? Historically the answer has been: when a liquidity event occurs such as going public through an IPO or the company sells. StartEngine is blazing a new trail, one that will benefit the democratization of private equity, and that is creating a platform in which you can trade your share on a secondary market. Just like that of the NY Stock Exchange or NASDAQ but for the private equity space.

Please proved a federal preemption for Secondary sales of a Tier 2 Regulation A Crowdfunding raise so investors from any state, like myself, can trade our share.

Warm Regards,
