I recently founded a small business. In a matter of days our access to capital dried up. The private investors that we had lined up backed off en masse. The coronavirus epidemic could be the death knell for many small businesses if access to capital is not restored quickly. We have investigated Regulation Crowdfunding but the million dollar limit is to low considering the cost in both human capital and financial capital.
