Gentlemen: I support the implementation of 33-10763, especially because of the detrimental impact of the Coronavirus on Small Businesses. They have been hit hard by the Coronavirus!! In view of the above ,they have been hit hardest by the virus, and need easier access to capital. As a consequence, the Crowdfunding threshold should be raised from $1.07M to $5.0M to help these small businesses.
