Dear SEC: It has come to my attention that you are considering a rule change identified as Release Nos. 33-10763; 34-88321; File No. S7-05-20. I support the proposed release 33-10763 in its entirety. The current crowd funding limit of just over 1 million dollars is way too low. Many small businesses need access to more capital, especially in view of the current corona virus epidemic. So, raising the crowd funding limit to 5 million dollars is a necessary step. Sincerely, Brent Boyer
