Please do not take away our consumer protections by amending the Investment Advisers Act Rules. Our lives and the lives of our children depend on transparency and the belief we will be treated fairly. Sometimes people who don't normally have the opportunity to invest get that "worked all their lives for moment". Indiscretions in the past were taken by financial advisers and/or institutions. People were treated unjustly. There was a need for the Investment Advisers Act to be created. Please be brave and represent the people first, over the needs of the business. We believe in you and need your assistance.
