August 16, 2022 I dont see 34-95388 being very beneficial to the Retail Investor. In fact, there will be more dealings out of the public eye more than before. It is giving an unfair advantage to Hedge funds and banks. It seems odd to me that when the elites in the market run into a law that puts them at a disadvantage they change the rules to fit their narrative. Dark pool or off exchange stocks is more the norm than a novelty. When 50 to 70% go to the dark pools in a day is that not market manipulation? It seems that it is a casino and all the odds go with the house. Naked shorting is another item which is acceptable but totally Illegal. But time and time again we see it every day. Please give us a fair market and not patronize us saying you are looking out for the Retail Investor. Your not.
