August 12, 2022 I support this rule change as it will ensure less conflicts of interest and give power back to the SEC to enforce rules against malicious actors within the US securities market. Fraud and crime can destroy many companies and public trust in the stock market. Hopefully this proposed rule change will help investors regain confidence that the market is not rigged against them from the DTC down to brokers. Best Regards, Anthony
