The Dodd-Frank Act is too important to keep stalling its implimentation.These financial crooks are fighting this for a reason and it is not a good reason for the country or the world for that matter.This law is needed now and not some time down the road.Don't phase it in. Make it law now and stop the destruction. Thanks.
