Dear SEC, Cryptocurrency is built upon numerous shady exchanges which have no transparency. Each one is tainted and the ones that are not will soon be. They are falling like dominoes. Does the SEC really want to legitimize this ponzi scheme? How many more retail investors need to lose their money to these scams before you act? You don't regulate scams; either you ban it or you are running it. Thank you.
