I need to know what affect the public outlash against
GENSLER might have on enforcing S7-04-23, Safeguarding Advisory Client
Assets. It appears that Gary might be the first SEC chairman to
receive a congressional subpoena.

I saw this press release. And I watched the videos linked below. The

CASE Makes Major Ad Buy on Sunday Shows Asking: What is SEC Chairman
Gary Gensler Hiding?
October 27, 2023 Financial Services

(Alexandria, Virginia) — Today Consumer Action for a Strong Economy
(CASE) released two TV ads they plan to run during the Sunday morning
news shows over the next two weeks. The ads ask why SEC Chairman Gary
Gensler won’t answer Congress’ questions pertaining to the
agency’s meetings with Sam Bankman-Fried and others from failed
crypto-currency exchange FTX.

The initial buy is mid-six figures.

Said CASE chairman, Gerard Scimeca, “Congress has oversight over all
federal agencies, including the SEC. And while the SEC was suing many
well-intentioned innovative American companies – putting some out of
business – it was meeting with Sam Bankman-Fried, who is now on
trial for one of the biggest banking frauds in American history. We
think Chairman Gensler should be transparent with Congress and the
American people about why they were meeting with FTX leaders.”
