Dear SEC, I appreciate the SEC working to protect investors, and I would like to say a few comments. Cryptocurrency is hear to stay. It is important to give clarity to crypto industry and its holders. Companies like Coinbase have shown that they are willing to work with the SEC, but the SEC has failed to provide clarity needed for crypto. The failing to work with crypto exchanges and crypto related companies who are willing work with the SEC will eventually lead to these companies leaving the US completely if the SEC continues to push back against crypto. It is important to provide clarity and guidelines for cryptocurrency so that the rules can be followed.
