I am commenting about the Richard Heart Hex and PulseChain suit that is about to start. This is a disgrace that Gary Gensler is acting the way he is and targeting through enforcement rather than giving guidelines to abide by. Not only that he should be fired and put in jail for being involved with the FTX collapse and all that shady stuff. Back to the lawsuit Code is free speech, the SEC has no authority to act the way its acting and all charges should be dropped immediately I really hope trust worthy people are reading this and vetting it correctly and understand the above concerns. You cant stop these things either, they’re immutable code so i really dont think he knows what he’s talking about. America was built on entrepreneurs and starting businesses and providing products and now we have this joke of a SEC chair suing people for trying to make a name for themselves and providing services to people, he’s a joke and a disgrace to america. Hes a public servant, he serves us. To the adults in the room please get this figured out and drop the charges like grown ups.
