To whom it may concern at the S.E.C. This email is in reference to the cryptocurrency Hex, Pulsechain and PulseX being labeled as a security per the S.E.C. As a concerned citizen I would like for the S.E.C. to provide overall clarity as to what IS and IS NOT a security in the United States. To be clear I have looked for the language were the S.E.C. has made it's clear statements as to what is or is not a security. Difficult as it has been I believe these references are needed so that developers and companies will have awareness of what is legal and of what is illegal. Whatever comes from this lawsuit please give Americans clarity so that we too may take part in this new digital economy.
