Dear SEC It is quite clear that Richard Heart is being victimised and a scape goat for the corrupt Sec. This man has done nothing wrong, it is lies and slander. He was already rich and never needed money to use money from investors! He is an asset to the world, has influenced so many people in positive ways. Sec is corrupt and a scam! leave him alone!
