Please provide fair and just clarity when it comes crypto regulation. Regulation by enforcement is not the right way and it is hurting the so-called “retail” investor that you say you are protecting. We have many congressmen and members in the SEC who have the right idea and welcome new innovation and want to come up with a new standard as opposed to the howie test. But it seems like chair Gensler is on his own path, and not worried about any casualties while on it. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone
