Hi, I, as a long term taxpayer, investor, businessman and cryptocurrency advocate feel that the digital asset realm is the future of business', investing and banking. As such I feel it is incumbent on the Treasury, SEC and other relevant agencies to set clear and user friendly guidelines that allow for the free trade of these coins and tokens. It is a basic constitutional right to freedom of speech and freedom of commerce and should not be over regulated soley for the benefit of the large institutional investors but more so to the benefit of the individual and retail investor. Tax structure should be no more or no less than current income requirements for the citizenry. I believe the IRS and all other agencies should proceed with this in mind and set clear, simple and practical guidelines for the use of these technologies going forward.
