Dear SEC, Please stop attacking the entire 60M+ crypto holders in the US. This proposal is just one of the MANY attacks. It is a disgrace. Listen to Congress. McHencry, Emmer, Davidson are all right. SEC is stifling innovation and literally harming crypto holders. You are also losing these crypto battles in court. Judge Neomi Rao stated SEC acted "Arbitrary and capricious". Judge Sarah Netburn stated the SEC lacks "a faithful allegiance to the law" and called out SEC's "Hypocrisy". Listen to the courts please. PS.
