I support these rule changes. Any rule that empowers regulators and retail investors to have better access to information and gives regulators more tools or a more solid footing to stand on when taking on these powerful corporations of greed is a good thing for Americans and all retail trades internationally. Currently records for these firms are kept in the dark. We need more insight as to how these businesses are keeping their information safe, secure, and accurate to the public reporting data. There are so many avenues for potential wrong doers to attack and steal sensitive information. In this overly complex financial system we have allowed Citadel and Virtu to build can be attacked at many fronts and in many ways but since the system is closed to all outsiders how can regulators or the public know if their security was not breeched
