As a SEC employee, I am against the portion of the rule that requires employees to provide direct access to their accounts. It will open up more possibilities for identity theft and financial losses. We can potentially lose all of our life savings.

SEC Management should know that private companies are doing a horrible job with cyber security. SEC has a proposed rule for Cybersecurity. Even the security companies themselves get hacked. Do you guys (SEC Leadership) read news? You may want to read the following.

FireEye, a top U.S. cybersecurity company, says it was hacked. https://www.nbcnews.com/tech/security/fireeye-top-u-s-cybersecurity-company-says-it-was-hacked-n1250449

In conclusion, it will be a huge mistake if SEC adopts this rule.
