I disagree with the proposal to require SEC employees to use an automated third-party reporting system for compliance with employee ethics rules.

Reasons:
1. Security risk is a major concern. In the past, the government has had data breaches that affected employees personal data.
2. The cost of using a contractor is concerning when the SEC has the Office of Ethics Counsel that currently monitors employees transactions.
3. The bidding process of contractors might lead to the cheapest bid resulting in not the most qualified contractor/third-party system.
4. Employees spouses are also required to comply with this rule. There could be issues if the spouses employer works at a smaller entity that might not have the capacity to have a third party automated system link up to their system.

I ask that you consider the above concerns.

Thank you.
