 Hello,

I have no issue with the majority of the new rule except for the requirement for SEC employees to grant third party access to my and my family's accounts at BDs. The SEC already requires pre-clearance of any trading, prohibits certain holdings, and gets copies of my statements, and my family's. I do not see how this new rule adds additional information, but it does create a risk of my and my family's personal data being breached. Given prior government data breaches, this new rule proposal relating to third party access concerns me. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,
Owen A. Granke
