It is of paramount importance for the SEC to operate as an ethical agency. The SEC is useless to household investors like me if it is not ethical and holding it's members to high ethical standard.
The SEC is meant to be a police officer, or referee, championing the best interests of an every day average investing American like myself, not the best interest of major banks and investment institutions.
I support this proposed rule
