What trickery is this? Why should cash settled derivatives get the benefits of ownership when physical deliver of the underlying shares isn't required? Derivitives do not immediately convey ownership so beneficial ownership should only be granted when the underlying is delivered, otherwise shareholder rights are being diluted. I do support the reporting deadlines for 13G and 13D filings however the amendments to the 13d-3 regarding beneficial ownership for cash settled derivitives is absolutely unacceptable. Please extend the comment period for the entire proposal. We are watching closely and we are no longer going to allow wall street racketeers to burn down our economy for their profits.
