As an enterprising American who thinks this country should be pioneering and maximizing opportunity for its citizens in Web3 just as it did in Web2, I am hereby strongly registering my discontent with the general direction this SEC is taking towards crypto and the specific direction outlined in Exchange Act Rule 3b-16 which, by redefining \"exchange\" to include defi protocols, ultimately seeks to substantially restrict the usage and utility of decentralized financial products for Americans. This shouldn't be news to any of the commissioners of the SEC but us Americans, we like our freedom in fact many consider it a core and defining feature of our people and our country (one of the precious few we can actually all agree on) Given the general direction of this SEC and its nakedly hostile approach to crypto and decentralized finance, such a redefinition of \"exchange\" would only serve to future stifle innovation, limit access of cutting edge financial services to Americans, and driv
e new and existing web3 business ventures offshore. Please reconsider. Thank you. Sincerely, Eric Corriel
