April 19, 2023 I agree that the SEC should revise rule 3b-16, which is now S7-02-22, to include \"Defi\" crypto asset securities, such as cryptocurrency, wrap-tokens, digital tokens, non-fungible tokens, and any other type of digital asset securities, under the Exchange Act of 1934.
